Delivery within 3 to 7 working days

We ship from Monday to Friday.
We can usually ship your package within 2 to 3 working days (except during sale periods: 3 to 4 working days).

Any additional shipping time will be due to our partners’ shipping practices (Coliposte, Kiala).

Delivery to your home

Thanks to our partnership with Coliposte (France’s postal
service), we can deliver to the address of your choice.

If you are not home on the day of delivery or if the package doesn’t fit into your post box, the postman will leave a package slip for you and you can pick up the package at your usual post office within 2 weeks.
(A photo ID will be requested).

Tip: we advise requesting delivery to your place of work, as there is usually always someone around to sign for it!

Delivery to a pick-up point

With more than 4,000 pick-up points throughout France, there is sure to be one near you!

Longer opening hours means it is easier for you to pick up your package. You’ll receive an email or text message telling you that your package has arrived at a Kiala pick-up point as soon as it is ready, and you then have 10 days to go and collect it.

We deliver throughout metropolitan France, Corsica and the DOM-TOMs (French Guyana, Guadeloupe, Martinique, Réunion Island), as well as to the following countries: Azores, Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Canary Islands, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Madeira, Norway, the Netherlands and Spain.

However your order is shipped, you can find out where it is on the “track your order”.

You can instantly find out:
- If your order has been prepared.
- The shipping date (you will receive an email).
- When the package is delivered to the address you requested thanks to the tracking number that will be sent to you.
